១. ការយល់ព្រម
ការចូលប្រើកម្មវិធី Yeaksa (Yeaksaundry, Yeaksale, Yeaksa Shop …) ឬគេហទំព័រ yeaksa.com និង laundry.yeaksa.com មានន័យថា អ្នកយល់ព្រមតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ និងគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាព។ បើអ្នកមិនយល់ព្រម សូមកុំប្រើសេវាកម្ម។
២. សេវាកម្ម
Yeaksa ផ្តល់កម្មវិធីគ្រប់គ្រងអាជីវកម្មសម្រាប់ហាង និងបុគ្គលិក៖ ចេញវិក្កយបត្រ គ្រប់គ្រងអតិថិជន សមាជិក ស្តុក ចំណាយ វត្តមាន និងរបាយការណ៍។ សម្រាប់ហាងបោកអ៊ុត កម្មវិធីក៏បង្ហាញការណែនាំប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលផងដែរ។
៣. គណនី
- គណនីត្រូវបានបង្កើតដោយម្ចាស់ហាង ឬអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងហាង។ អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវរក្សាពាក្យសម្ងាត់របស់អ្នកឲ្យមានសុវត្ថិភាព។
- សកម្មភាពទាំងអស់ដែលធ្វើក្នុងគណនីរបស់អ្នក ត្រូវចាត់ទុកថាជាសកម្មភាពរបស់អ្នក។
- ពេលចាកចេញ (Logout) ទិន្នន័យដែលរក្សាទុកក្នុងទូរស័ព្ទសម្រាប់ប្រើគ្មានអ៊ីនធឺណិត ត្រូវបានលុបចោល។
៤. ទិន្នន័យរបស់ហាង
វិក្កយបត្រ អតិថិជន ផលិតផល និងទិន្នន័យផ្សេងទៀតដែលហាងបញ្ចូល ជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ហាងនោះ។ ហាងទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះភាពត្រឹមត្រូវនៃទិន្នន័យ តម្លៃ និងការទូទាត់ដែលខ្លួនកត់ត្រា។
៥. ហ្វ្រេនឆាយ និងហាង
ហាងបោកអ៊ុតនីមួយៗដែលប្រើ laundry.yeaksa.com ជាអាជីវកម្មដាច់ដោយឡែក។ តម្លៃសេវា កញ្ចប់សមាជិក ការសងប្រាក់ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវលើខោអាវរបស់អតិថិជន គឺស្ថិតក្រោមច្បាប់របស់ហាងនីមួយៗ និងកិច្ចសន្យាហ្វ្រេនឆាយរបស់ហាងនោះ។
៦. ការប្រើប្រាស់ដែលមិនអនុញ្ញាត
- ប្រើសេវាកម្មសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពខុសច្បាប់ ឬបោកប្រាស់។
- ព្យាយាមចូលគណនី ឬទិន្នន័យរបស់ហាងផ្សេង ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត។
- រំខាន ឬធ្វើឲ្យខូចដំណើរការរបស់ម៉ាស៊ីនមេ ឬកម្មវិធី។
- ចម្លង លក់បន្ត ឬកែប្រែកម្មវិធី ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរ។
៧. ផលិតផល និងការណែនាំ
ការណែនាំប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលក្នុងកម្មវិធី គឺសម្រាប់ជាជំនួយប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ សូមអានស្លាកលើផលិតផល និងសាកល្បងលើកន្លែងតូចមួយនៃក្រណាត់ជាមុនសិន។ រូបភាពខ្លះជារូបគំរូ ហើយអាចខុសពីផលិតផលពិតបន្តិចបន្តួច។
៨. ការប្រើគ្មានអ៊ីនធឺណិត និងភាពអាចប្រើបាន
កម្មវិធីអាចរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យក្នុងទូរស័ព្ទ ដើម្បីប្រើពេលគ្មានអ៊ីនធឺណិត ហើយបញ្ជូនទៅម៉ាស៊ីនមេពេលមានអ៊ីនធឺណិតវិញ។ យើងខិតខំឲ្យសេវាកម្មដំណើរការជាប្រចាំ ប៉ុន្តែមិនអាចធានាថាគ្មានការរំខាន ឬកំហុសទាល់តែសោះទេ។
៩. ការកំណត់ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
ក្នុងកម្រិតដែលច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាត Yeaksa មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខាតបង់ដោយប្រយោល ដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រើ ឬមិនអាចប្រើសេវាកម្ម ឬពីទិន្នន័យដែលហាងបញ្ចូលខុស។
១០. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ
យើងអាចកែប្រែលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។ កាលបរិច្ឆេទ «Last updated» ខាងលើនឹងប្តូរ។ ការបន្តប្រើសេវាកម្ម មានន័យថាអ្នកយល់ព្រមតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌថ្មី។

1. Agreement
By using the Yeaksa apps (Yeaksaundry, Yeaksale, Yeaksa Shop …) or the yeaksa.com and laundry.yeaksa.com websites, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Yeaksa provides business-management software for shops and their staff: invoicing, customers, memberships, stock, expenses, attendance and reports. For laundry shops the app also shows product-usage guidance.
3. Accounts
- Accounts are created by the shop owner or manager. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- Everything done under your account is treated as done by you.
- Logging out removes the data the phone kept for offline use.
4. Shop data
Invoices, customers, products and other data a shop enters belong to that shop. The shop is responsible for the accuracy of its data, prices and recorded payments.
5. Franchise and shops
Each laundry shop on laundry.yeaksa.com is a separate business. Service prices, membership packages, refunds and responsibility for customers' clothes are governed by each shop's own rules and its franchise agreement.
6. Prohibited use
- Using the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Trying to access another shop's account or data without permission.
- Disrupting or damaging the servers or the apps.
- Copying, reselling or modifying the software without written permission.
7. Products and guidance
Product-usage guidance in the app is for help only. Read the product label and test on a small area of the fabric first. Some pictures are illustrations and may differ slightly from the real product.
8. Offline use and availability
The app may keep data on the phone so it works without internet, and sends it to the server when the connection returns. We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Yeaksa is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, or from data a shop entered incorrectly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
