៦. សិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នក

1. Who we are
The Yeaksa apps (Yeaksale, Yeaksa Shop, Yeaksaundry and the other Yeaksa business apps) are business-management apps for shops and their staff who use the yeaksa.com system. This policy explains what data the apps collect and how it is used.
2. Data we collect
- Account: the name, email, phone number and username your business created for you.
- Business data: invoices, orders, products, customers, payments, shipments, projects and tasks you enter in the app. This data belongs to your business.
- Location: requested only when you create a "Meeting" follow-up or record a customer/delivery position. Location is never tracked in the background.
- Camera and photos: for scanning QR/bar codes and for payment-proof, product and task photos you choose to attach.
- Bluetooth: only to connect receipt printers.
- Data on the phone: so the app works without internet, it keeps a copy of customers, invoices (last 30 days), products and members on the phone, and deletes it when you log out.
- Customer photos: a shop may add a member's profile photo, with the customer's consent.
- Device information: device model, OS version and crash logs, to keep the app working.
3. How we use it
Data is used to run the service — selling, invoicing, customers, stock, shipping and reports for your business. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
Data is visible to the business owner and to staff the business authorises by role. We share it only with the providers that host our servers and deliver push notifications, as technically required, or when the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on yeaksa.com servers and encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed. Business data is kept for as long as the business uses the service.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data through your business owner or by contacting us. You can switch off location, camera or Bluetooth permission in your phone settings at any time.
7. Children
The apps are for businesses and their staff only and are not intended for children under 13.
